YOLLAR is a fleet management system engineered to optimize traffic, reduce fuel usage, and automate vehicle control. The two key components of the YOLLAR navigation system are the GSM/GPS tracker and web-server monitoring. Vehicle location is transmitted through satellites via internet channels on a real-time basis. This device conveys information about routes, bus stops, parking lots, and other spatial objects.

Additional functionalities such as fuel, temperature, pressure, and auxiliary sensors can be added to the tracker. The monitoring system is accessible through any computer with an internet connection and allows for the generation of custom reports based on specified criteria, including automated SMS notifications for exceeding speed limits. Detailed maps of Azerbaijan, Turkey, and Georgia were created within this project.
